Certification does not imply operational competence or implementation authority.

Digital Transformation - Applied Diagnostic Training

Focused training on interpreting why digital initiatives underperform and how tooling interacts with system structure

Healthcare Productivity - Applied Diagnostic Training

Training in diagnosing productivity plateaus, constraint persistence, and effort misapplication.

Comprehensive Certification

An integrated program covering both productivity and digital transformation as a unified problem.

Each module may be completed independently or as part of the comprehensive certification.

One-on-One Diagnostic Sessions

Scheduled one-on-one sessions are included to:

  • clarify interpretation

  • pressure-test diagnostic conclusions

  • refine decision framing

These sessions do not include:

  • implementation planning

  • operational troubleshooting

  • execution oversight

They exist to protect diagnostic clarity.

On the CAPG Grant

The CAPG grant is discussed as a structural accelerant, not a solution.

 

The training examines how funding interacts with:

  • execution risk

Grant availability does not correct misalignment.

It amplifies whatever frame decisions are build on.
